Online Meeting & Document Preview Platform

Internal meetings and document reviews shouldn't depend on everyone installing the same desktop software. This platform runs meetings in the browser and previews documents inline — employees click a link, join the room, and read the shared file without downloading anything.

Online meeting app with a participant video grid, an active speaker tile, a screen share tile and a document page opened in the preview panel where a collaborator cursor highlights a line

The challenge

  • Every meeting starts with setup. Joining a meeting meant installing or updating a dedicated app, and the first five minutes of every call were lost to "can you hear me" and version problems.
  • Documents require desktop software. Reviewing a shared file meant downloading it and opening it in an installed office suite — impossible on locked-down or non-Windows machines, and slow on the road.
  • Wrong versions circulate. When files are downloaded, edited and re-sent by email, meetings end up discussing a version nobody can find afterwards.
  • Mixed devices. Staff join from Windows, macOS and phones, so anything that only works in one environment breaks the meeting for someone.

Result

  • Internal meetings start on time — joining is one click on any device, with no installs and no version troubleshooting.
  • Documents are reviewed in place: one click opens the file in the browser, and nobody needs the desktop office suite just to attend a review.
  • Everyone reads the same, current version during the meeting, and the file stays where it was shared instead of multiplying as email attachments.
